2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, book a call, or purchase anything from us. By using the site you confirm that you are.

3. What we provide

Magnet provides educational and coaching content on communication and conversation skills. Bookings made through this site are for introductory calls unless stated otherwise. Details of any paid program, including its price, format, and duration, will be given to you before you purchase.

4. No guarantee of results

Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you need advice of that kind, consult a qualified professional.

5. Bookings, payments, and cancellations

• Introductory calls are free unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Any paid program is subject to the price and payment schedule shown at checkout.
• Refund terms for a paid program will be set out at the point of purchase and form part of these terms.
• You may reschedule or cancel a booked call using the link in your confirmation message.

6. Communications and messaging consent

By giving us your email address or mobile number, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and your booking.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Intellectual property
